Today is National Sisters Day: a great time to share something close to home: I get to work with my sister, Pam.

She’s our Operations Manager here at KMA. We came to this chapter after successful careers with large organizations. Different paths, different strengths, but a shared vision for doing meaningful work with people we respect.

Working with your sister might sound risky to some… but for us, it’s been a natural, productive partnership. Trust runs deep. Communication is clear. And the laughter? Built-in.
